You should try out their Japanese-style curry burger. It has an amazing and unique flavor that you cannot taste anywhere else. Also, the crispiness of deep fried chicken katsu and juiciness of chicken meat in the burger make a very good texture combination.

Just tried it for first time after seeing it parked at the local Nijiya Market in torrance. Amazing food and Takuma was super nice. My Mom gad the Takuma special burger #1, she said it was delicious, wife had the curry chicken cutlet which i also tried, amazing! I had the Crab cake burger…also amazing! Also had waffle cut fries and sweet potato fries, really good with the custom made ketchup and ranch sauces.

たくまさんの愛のこもった絶品ハンバーガー！ パティがまず当たり前のように美味しい！ 分厚くて、肉汁が溢れてる。そして、レタスではなくベビーリーフを使っていて、これもソースと絶妙にマッチしていて、最高！ コンボのポテトをつけると、ケチャップとバジルソースが相性抜群で初体験の味わいであったが、絶品すぎてハマる！ ロスの中をトラックで営業なさっているので、当日どこで営業しているのかは、インスタなどSNSで確認すると良いです！ アメリカンフードとしても最適でした！

The owner is the sweetest and went above and beyond to help us after a transactional error even tho it was basically right at closing. SO NICE and thoughtful, Takuma will always do everything in his power to take care of you and that's all ontop of amazingly DELICIOUS food Thank you, Takuma!
